Extreme Makeover Weight Loss Edition



365 Days. One person. Extreme transformation.

This show constantly amazes me. One trainer, Chris Powell, intervenes into average peoples lives and changes them completely. He not only trains them and pushes their bodies to the extreme but he actually gets to know them and transforms them from the inside out. Unlike Bob Harper or Jillian Michaels, you can instantly tell that Chris is genuine. He wants to help. He commits himself to this year long program with each person. From my understanding he works with 8 people per year.

8 people, losing over 250 pounds each.

Currently, the episode is featuring a 20 year old girl who weighs 323 pounds. She is running on a treadmill and lifting weights. This shows teaches me one thing every week.

No Excuses.

There is always time. If there is time to watch Masterchef, Pretty Little Liars and Big Brother, then there is time to work it out.

It's one thing to type it. Another thing to make it happen. This time, it's going to!
